- Executive Studio unit $125 - $140
- Luxury Studio unit $140 - $170
- Executive 1 Bedroom unit $145 - $175
- Luxury 1 Bedroom unit $150 - $195
- Adjoining suites (2x executive studio units) $250 - $280
All units are ideal for 2 people and can accommodate up to 4 people.
- Tariffs are for two people per unit. Extra persons are $15 each
- Corporate rates are available upon presenting corporate identification acceptable to Keri Keri Park Motel. Please enquire.
- Continental Breakfast available upon request - $12.50 per person

FREE NIGHT ACCOMODATION SPECIAL – LOYALITY BENEFIT
If a person books & stays accumulating more than 10 nights over a period of one year, the following nights stay is free. The unit type on the free night may be subject to availability. (This special excludes corporate, group bookings and pre-arranged holiday packages). A voucher will be presented to a guest on the 10th nights stay as confirmation of eligibility of the 11th free night. A guest must on every occasion, upon check in, fill in the arrivals slip correctly and duly sign and date to be eligible.
Confirmation of booking
To confirm staying at Kerikeri Park Motel guests are required to lodge their credit card number with Kerikeri Park Motel via phone fax or e-mail. If a booking is made by a third party on behalf of the guest by an agent of the guests choice, credit card details need to be lodged with the chosen agent.
Kerikeri Park Motel accommodates visa, mastercard & eftpos.
Payment
- A deposit of one night’s accommodation per unit is required payable by the guest to confirm a booking.
- Balance of accommodation payment can be made on arrival or during checkout.
Cancellation
If a guest cancels their booking within 14 days or less prior to the arranged booking arrival date, Kerikeri Park Motel reserves the right to the full deposit becoming payable.
Once the booking is confirmed, the booking indicates that the guest fully accepts Kerikeri Park Motel terms and conditions
Security & Liability
Once guests have checked in they become liable for the security of themselves, their possessions, vehicles and the contents of the motel unit they are staying in. Guests must ensure that the unit they are responsible for is locked when unoccupied.
Environmental & Safety
- Kerikeri Park motel is proud to be fully self sufficient and environmentally friendly. Therefore there are water tanks with pump shed, a waste treatment plant and a gas farm within the motel grounds. These service areas are not close to the motel building, although for added safety, guests are advised not to venture close to them.
- Waste disposal via – toilet flushing, sink and wash hand basin – please read precautions set out on back of toilet doors. I.e. do not flush detergents, sanitary pads, etc. The idea of the self sufficient treatment plant is that the good bugs remove the bad bugs!!!!
- Children’s play apparatus. Recommended Ages 5 to 11.

Pets
Kerikeri Park Motel does allow pets on a discretional basis only. Any acceptance of pets on the premises is required to be pre-arranged and agreed with Kerikeri Park Motel.
